Does anyone have reliable volume+/- for the Marantz receiver? The ones that come with the Universal MX880 don't work worth a darn. I tried learning them in from the Marantz remote and it was better but it seems to stutter a lot. I tried a quick press and also continuous press while learning. I also tried the codes from an SR6004.
thanks

Have you tried the Hex Codes from Marantz (.xls Excel Format File)? The Codes for Volume Up/Down have been the same since Jesus was a boy! Cheers Jason

With a URC remote you *really* want to use database codes and not learned codes for this, as Marantz codes are RC5-style toggle-bit. Unlike some other brands Marantz does not actually require functional toggle-bits to work, however in my testing they are more responsive to rapid key pushes when toggle bits are present.
