I have just purchased a Mx-450 and a Mrf-260. I have most of the remote like I need it minus a few bugs. I was needing help from somebody with a software editor to make sure I have the best codes for my equipment. Also I am having problems setting up the rf. I have the remote and the transmitter on 2 but still not working. Don't know why??? My equipment is
Direct tv HDDVR HR22-100
Denon Receiver AVR 2308 CI
Pinoneer Elite DVD DV-48AV
Samsung LCD LNS4092DX/XXA

There is no software editor for the MX 450, just a back utility. You have to pick one of the 3 digit codes that match the factory remote or learn the comands yourself. Is the RF turned on under "IR or RF Signal"?

Thanks for the response. The remote is set to ir for the tv because it's line of site, everything else is set to rf. Does it matter what rf id # I'm using? I saw on another post that there was a way to see what code was best to use. Also can you learn the entire remote with out going through each button? Thanks
