I have Direct TV HD DVR and the installer could not program the remote to work my REAL DIGITAL TV. Any suggestions?

Try a codesearch, personally never heard of that brand. If you come up empty, call and order the new Directv remote rc64, it has 350 brands of tv in it. Real digital isn't among them, but a codesearch on that remote will till you for sure, no universal has a code, if that one doesn't have it. Time a for learning remote.
