Purchased this TV less than 6 months ago (Insignia Model IS-TV040922A) from Best Buy. Had a brat visit and wanted to see how his sister's glitter make-up looked floating in Coca Cola inside the remote. Well needless to say, we need another remote which Best Buy can not provide and all universal remotes I have tried won't work. The remote number is BT-0330C---CH. Any suggestions?
