I need discrete codes for Video, Component, RGB, 16:9, and 4:3. Can't find it here or at the Pronto Philips site.

I bought my unit in 2002. These codes don't work. I got this message from LG:
"We appreciate your interest in this plasma monitor. The only discrete codes available for this unit are listed in the owner's manual. If none are listed, then regretably, we will have none available."

Does this mean I am just out of luck?
