I need discrete input codes for the video inputs on the new RCA Scenium HD sets. Or if anyone knows a slick way to automate for macros, I can't get a starting point for the macro toggle to land on correct inputs unless the set is turned off and then on because it defaults to antenna CH 4.

All the other RCA sets have discrete codes for inputs built in to the remotes. Does it not come with that standard hourglass-shaped remote, with the six Device buttons on top? While they act as power buttons for Devices, they also have a "switch to X input" function on them. Note that these are separate from the toggle control elsewhere on the remote. ... Mike

I have an earlier RCA HDTV receiver (61000), and have tried the suggestion above. The "DirecTV" button switches it to the DirecTV tuner, and the "TV" button switches it back to the standard TV tuner. Power off/on results in the same input as was last used, so like Brian, I cannot make a direct selection of SVID1, SVID2, etc. Anyone else have a suggestion?

I figured it out!! You have to go into the TV set setup functions. Look in the "Auto Tuning" function. It allows you to associate devices with inputs. (in my case, everything except the TV Tuner is routed through the Stereo Receiver, and then to Ext 1). Then the device selectors at the top of the remote, in addition to setting the remote for the correct device, also send a code to the TV, forcing it to switch to the specified input. You can assign several devices to the same input, which is what I do due to the routing described above.

Good of you to point that out, Richard. It completely slipped my mind that I had to set up those inputs before they worked that way off the remote.
