Do discrete on/off codes exist for the Toshiba SX54 DVR or any of the Toshiba DVD recorders (hoping they may be compatible with the SX54) ?
Toshiba's technical customer support will not comment other than to state Toshiba codes are proprietary (sounded like a standard QnA response). I've seached various forums on Remote Control and it seems the discrete on/off codes for Toshiba products in general are an issue.
I use a Pronto TSU7000 remote with very automated macros, so having discrete codes are highly desired.
Any help, suggestions, ... would be greatly appreciated.
