Hi just got my answer from pioneer support who claims not to have any information of discrete codes, wtf! If not them then who?

So I now turn my hope to you.
I have a prontoneo, I guess I’ll need em in hex format would do unless some one can send me a neo-file. I also new to this so no writing in terms for I won’t understand ;)

I want all discrete code you have to my Pioneer dv-454 but I really need codes to off and on power.

I also got a crapy crt tv; LG cb-28H80 that I want codes for, especially on, off AV1 (video1) AV2, AV3.

don’t write google or some thing, I have spent hours searching for ir codes

When I answered you in this thread

I assumed you had a NG Pronto, not a Neo.

I've never looked at the edit program for the Prontoneo. The NG Prontos store a format in their xml file that is very similar to the Neo version of Hex, but in their edit program they display and allow paste only for the older form of Pronto Hex (what I gave you in that thread).

I don't have any programs for translating to the Neo's version of Hex. I hope you don't need that.

Pioneer has a good wesite,
[Link: pioneerelectronics.com]
where they give IR signals in three forms:
*) generic form (that can be translated for many different
PC programmable remotes)
*) CCF file for older Prontos, or for importing into many remotes that can import from CCF files.
*) PCF file for NG Prontos.

I don't see dv-454 there. But their IR codes are pretty consistent across models, so you should do fairly well trying the codes from a different model.
