Post in the URC forum. This forum is way too specific re the commands it discusses, and not specific enough as to brand.
I understand that URC's customer service by phone is pretty good, too, so you should give that a try.

And when you post, DON'T name your thread after yourself. Make it interesting enough that a person might want to look at it. How many helpful responses have you missed because a person figured they had no possible way to cure "David" ? ? ?
