Hi - I'm new to this forum, and I have a Panasonic Viera. I'm trying to import the device file that Mitch57 pointed to, and I can't get it to work. It may be that I'm doing it wrong. Can anyone give me step-by-step instructions for importing the file? When I right-click on the MX-700 icon under "home" and choose "import device," I then try to add the device "TV" to main page 2 (since this is the only place with a blank spot), and when I click the arrow i get a screen that says "used external devices" and gives me a few choices, but i am not able to select any. So I hit "cancel" and then I "save" out of the main window, but I don't see the new device anywhere. Does anyone else have this problem. Thanks!

Thanks! - Yeah, that did work, but I had to fudge it, because I don't have the same devices in the drop-down menu that I have in the top box. I was actually just trying this on the "demo" setup that opens with the program, and given the button choices that I have, I can assign sat to sat and audio to audio, but there is no main or power in the drop down box. When I create my actual device layout, will I have to have buttons that match your four buttons: audio, main, power, and sat? Or is there a way around this? Thanks again for your help!

Panasonic on their website has a file with all the CCF hex codes. [Link: panasonic.com]For all you ProntoNeo owners, I believe there is an Excel spreadsheet on Remote Central that allows you to paste in ccf hex codes and it will generate Neo codes. Then you just take the Neo code and copy/paste it into your ncf file using NeoHacker (java application) which also should be on Remote Central. Have Fun! Bob H

Found a remote code that works on cox cable remote which is 0250.
