Well if you have the Discretes for all of the input please post them here. I'll do the same for the ON/OFF discretes which I have.

I'm thinking of getting one of these Plasmas but I want to make sure I can get discrete power codes.

DenCollins,

Did you post them discretes yet? Where do I go to get them?

jlandiver,

I own one of these plasmas and have tried all of the Panasonic input codes here at Remote Central. If you've found them please post them so that we might use them. Much appreciated.

Photodan,

You can download the MX Editor software and the discrete codes for the Pannys are listed in the IR database.

Ok, I downloaded the program but the question is..."How do you get the panny hex code out of it to use it in a Pronto TSU 7000?"

You can export the devices but someone more knowledgable then me will have to tell you how you convert the exported ".mxd" file to a CCF file.

Mitch57,

I too downloaded the editor and, for the life of me, I can't find anything remotely (no pun intended) resembling a hex string.???? The Panasonic model is there but the list of inputs do not include "Component 1" & "Component 2" so, I'm assuming, there are no discrete codes for those inputs.

I have tried the discretes on the mx editor software, but the inputs are not compatible. Panasonic plasmas do have a work around.

tv/video
then
0-4 for the input that you want

Hey jlandivar
I am looking for the input and aspect discretes for my panny plasma TH-42PX50U
I have the on/off discretes if you still need them. I used the ones in the discrete files, but the inputs didn't work. Could you please give me the codes for the inputs?

Thanks

Heliguy,

I posted a working set of codes in the discrete finder section for the inputs as well as the power codes. They are for the URC MX series remotes. Here's the link.

Check to see what formats your TSU7000 will import.
