I have searched here and find mostly TVs. I also looked in the Pronto Files section only to find more HDTVs. I looked on the JP1 forum files section and found DVD 841 and 931 and both only list Power toggle - EFC 070.
looking for discrete on and off.

Discrete Off does not exist. The 941 will respond to the "Play" command as a discrete on command and then a sequence of "Play", 1-2 second delay,"Power toggle" for a discrete OFF command. Not the best but it does work.
