If I constructed the following correctly, it is the '1' digit with toggle off followed by a null command with toggle on.

I think you can assign that code to a button and each time you press it dial the digit '1', unlike the learned '1' which can't be used twice in row.
There are a few reasons why this simple approach might not work, so more experimentation would be required to fine tune the solution. So test this. If it works we can adjust the other commands the same way. If it doesn't we can test something more complex.

I didn't know how to get makehex to do the parity bit. I think I know how Jon did and I didn't want to do it that way (if ZaneH hadn't sounded like he was doing it himself, I would have run MakeHex with two different .irp files and then selected among the results to get the right parity, rather than use 8 bits as I assume Jon did). I really ought to find some time to rewrite MakeHex to be more flexible.
I see Jon made the header "0000 006d 0000 0024", rather than "0000 006d 0024 0000". I think that's a mistake and likely to have some consequences. I don't know enough about the TSU3000 remote to be sure whether that will be a problem in every use or will be more subtle.

John, I used GenIRDB (that can't do the parity bit) and just calculated the parity bit with the Excel MOD function and converted it all to 8-bits as you probably suspected.
Since you mentioned it, I actually tested MakeHex and it can do the parity bit with the XOR 1 bit at a time. Here is the irp file.

I completely agree that it should have been "0000 006d 0024 0000" and that it probably WILL be unreliable using "0000 006d 0000 0024"

As far as the TSU 3000, I think that the frequency calculation itself is slightly different, but the on and off times are calculated the same way. (In other words 006C may not mean ~38 KHz but you still use the same multiple). But it has been a while and I can't find my calculations. So my memory may be faulty and I only had one data point.
