He got up this morning and went to turn on the TV. The satellite was in the update mode, and he didn't know what to do. Tried turning it on by pushing the power button, and of course, that did nothing.

So, he gave up and turned the system off and called me later, around 9am.

I run over to his house and fire the system up and it all is working just fine.

Had to explain to him that when DTV does an update, you can't do a thing.

He's not a happy camper...
