Have a customer that has an LG TV (Sorry don't have the model #) but is a 75" from about 3 yeas ago.

Customer informed that while watching any content (Satellite or built in streaming services) the image will go black for 2-3 seconds then come back on.

Audio stays active the whole time so isn't a content issue. Tried searching but the Googles wasn't much help (that I could find anyways).

Anyone experience this issue, if so what was the outcome?

You can't fix stupid

LED/LCD? Backlight problem? Maybe next time it blanks out, shine a light on the screen and look for text and images.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
