Anyone use something to taking HDMI out and converting it to component input?

I need to take the output form a Sony BD and send it to a display that only has component input.

Need something reliable, so I can keep and old Panny PDP working.

I have no direct experience to offer. A quick search returns a bunch of candidates. Make sure that the unit selected unit supports the output resolutions available from the player. I doubt that there will be any CEC nonsense, but if there is, a blocker should fix it.

I bought a converter on Amazon and it works pretty well- switchable resolution, zoom, analog out and it's more than I paid, but it's at $38 now.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."

Have the number? If you check your old purchases it should show up.
