I was cleaning up a rack today and the Nuvo Essentia was working before I started. Now the keypads wont turn on and the power light on the controller slowly flashes blue. Any ideas?

We've installed dozens of these in the day. I would check the connection hub that all the KP's are wired to. Maybe disconnect all the cats then reseat. Verify its connection to the head unit too.
