I picked up $10.00 each on both, and then spent another $20.00 on two scratch offs for the bride.

One of which paid $500.00, so it was a good trip regardless of the big lotteries.

Plus, going to the grocery here at the beach is always a pleasure what with all the eye candy. Did you know that gals will go grocery shopping in the tiniest of bikini's

At the time that there was a large payoff looming on the lottery in the late 80s (early 90s, who knows?) I heard a guy lamenting the fact that he had bought five hundred lottery tickets.

Because once they drew the numbers, he had to check the numbers of five hundred tickets to see if he had won anything.

TSS, you hit the sweet spot on winnings!
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Lottery: An annuity for the mathematically challenged.

Some really smart guy might attempt to save some time by using the same number on all of the tickets.

I bought two quick picks over the weekend for $4. I actually got the Powerball plus one number to win a grand total of $4 :/

I always go for the Power Play on the PowerBall or the Megaplier on the Mega Millions. It's an extra $1.00 and increases the amount of any non-jackpot winnings.

So, for me 10 X $3.00 this week.

I’m definitely late to the thread, but I hope it was one of you that won in CA.

As an update, I did not win a lottery but did get offered $148-million from a Congolese banker for allowing him to use my bank account to make a few deposits. Clearly the next best thing as well as being an act of kindness.

I can promise you one thing.  If I won, there will be no "staying on the job" for a while.  I will be emailing my F You's out to all clients that same day :-D

LOL!!!
Are all your clients that bad?

Granted I have many myself I would do the same. But I also have several good clients I would probably buy them new gear and install it for free.
It is amazing to me however, that those good clients are usually the ones that can't afford much and I usually don't make a lot of money on.
