I’m gonna do a 4x4 video wall (16 TVs). Amd a few other TVs so I’ll have a lot of cat6 coming to the home run just wondering. Is it ok to bring all the cat6 cables into a patchbay before running them into the network switch. Each tv will have a just add power 3g reciever and the sources will have the transmitters. Just wondering if it would cause problems. I’d like to keep the rack organized. Thanks for any input.

You'll be fine since it's justaddpower. i have more than a few systems where cables came up short and needed to be extended with couplers and they work just fine.
if they were standard hdmi extenders, then i'd say no, avoid that route.

Will POE pass trough a patch panel? I honestly don't know. I always run anything requiring POE straight to the switch.

I’ve not had any trouble, but I can imagine if you are on the edge with respect to resistance, the extra connections would push over the edge.

Yes, POE through a patch panel is no problem. JAP is just like any other network location.
Standard practice.
