Quick update: I have just updated the download / digital option to include 500 additional posters, bringing the total to 5000+ (5146, to be exact). A good portion of them are for 2022-2024 current and upcoming movie releases, and I created quite a few of them myself.

Anyone who previously purchased them can use the same download link they already have to get the updates at no cost. I simply overwrite the old file with the new one.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for your interest in the digital movie poster files / player. The response has been amazing. I just came up with something cool I wanted to share.

I received a call from someone who wanted to add a digital poster to their theater, but could not "under any circumstances" mount it to an existing wall. I came up with a pretty unique solution, which was using a 65" stand you can purchase from places like Amazon. You just do a couple quick modifications to mount a 43" in portrait mode. They have "sofa table" against a wall in their theater, which is only about 16" deep for movie snacks / refreshments etc... so this will go almost right up against the wall in the middle of the table, but requires nothing but an outlet.

I am building one of these for myself as well. A buddy of mine does conventions and trade shows and wants to use it to draw people in, but will also have a business card holder to direct them to my Cinemalounge page. I am starting to see pics roll in from end users, and I will put up a gallery one of these days.

This is just a quick mock up to scale of what it will look like.

Just a quick note, the media player I am currently using may be being phased out for a newer model (more just a new name, but same features), so if this is the case I will be shipping those with all new orders.

I am also creating brand new posters for upcoming 2023 / 2024 releases. I have about a dozen more to finish. A lot of Disney / Pixar / Marvel, and some New DC movies as well.

Dude this is brilliant!!!
When I have people over for movie night I try and do a now playing with a physical poster but this simplifies it all into one box. Dont know what the hell to do with all my posters now.
I also have people over for sporting events in the theater, think about that, having a game graphic of who is playing or even just a logo.
The possibilities are endless.
Again this is brilliant, kudos to you!
The new digital vs analog debate!

I do all sorts of custom digital signage graphics. Some for hotel chains, restaurants, etc.. so it just made sense to start doing movie posters. Here is one of seven I did for Loews Hotels in Orlando Florida. They want me to create new ones for the hotels going up down the road at their new theme park called Epic Universe. The three new hotels are called Grand Helios, Terra Luna, and Stella Nova.

I can literally make you anything.

[Link: canvas.blackdove.com] Some companies are trying to focus on digital art which I think is kind of interested long term.

Just a quick update. The movie poster collection is picking up some traction, and I have had requests for custom artwork to be displayed every X amount of posters (100 in this case). I changed the last name for the example, but this guy is a huge Dune fan, and also wanted custom signs for his snack bar area, so I designed them and cut the vinyl to be applied on gold tone brushed metal blanks.

They want to do a "This Theater Features" with all the product logos on it at the entrance, which I am designing now. I will post the final version mockup when it is finished.

Quick update. I seem to have a lot of posters that are low resolution, and because of that, they cannot be included in the official collection. A lot of them are vintage posters from the 40's and 50s.

I am implementing Gigapixel AI to fix some of these older posters, and I will share the results when I get familiar with it and the various settings. This should be pretty cool.

Congratulations on your success, Noel. You are a craftsman at the highest level.

Ed will be known as the Tiger Woods of the integration business, followed closely with the renaming of his company to "Hotties A/V". The tag line will be "We like big racks and tight holes"...

Quick update to the digital movie posters side project I started a while back. Response has been amazing, and I have had quite a few dealers mention them to their clients, who then contracted them to supply and mount a TV / monitor, and I supply the little box that makes it all happen.

I also have a friend who is a fixture at horror conventions all over the country. He owns a company that supplies "loot boxes" of vintage trading cards, posters, signed 8x10 glossy photos etc.. I have been creating framed signs for him to bring and display at his shows, and he ends up selling them all. The most popular sign looks like a movie clapper with a a movie title at the top, and I add the director's signature. If he doesn't have the movie they want, he just takes an order and sends it to me, and I'll have in the mail the following day.

I decided to launch an official store on my website, and dozens of other pre-made signs for home theater audio / video products & hardware. Dolby Atmos, DTS, THX, you name it. I can also create anything you like with custom text at the top and bottom with any logo you like in the middle.

If you want to check them out, here is the new page on the website: ][Link: blackmancustoms.com]

Thanks for looking, and if you want anything special, just let me know.

Thank you sir. I have a blast doing this type of thing, and I have made a lot of these already.

I wrote a script to create a photo realistic version of any customizable sign so you can see a proof before I actually make it. I've made clapper signs for my buddy to give to various actors as these conventions as gifts. I also changed the "Director" to "Starring" and gave him blanks with no title or signature, so he could get a signature with a silver paint pen, then I could add the movie name later.
