Annoying but necessary I suppose. Getting the file as a .docx and I don't have Word, just Word Pad so it doesn't show or print right.

I don't have antivirus either so I don't even want to search for a conversion solution. Any ideas what I should do other than call [email protected]#$ and have them resend?

I use Openoffice on my personal laptop for things like this, so far so good. And free...

If you don't use a paid version of Adobe Acrobat and need to modify pdf documents, look at Foxit- it not only allows editing, you can also create an electronic signature, so it eliminates printing, signing, scanning and sending something just because they want a signature.
