Try to reach Bose lately?

I have some questions about their headphones and I spent over 16 minutes on hold yesterday before giving up and I'm at 11 minutes 30 seconds and counting right now.

I also got an e-mail from a group of old Bose higher-ups that have left to start a new company a la HomeAdvisor.

Something going on at Bose that we don't know about? Employees dropping like flies?

800 999-2673 as well as their listed number of 800 379-2073. Both lead to the same place which is 20-30 minute hold time land.

I also e-mailed them a week ago and they promise 72 hour return e-mails. I'm at 168 hours. This leads me back to "what's up at Bose?"

I'll try your number if we need them in the future...thanks.

The number I listed is for Bose dealers, they answer quicker.

The real question is why would anyone WANT to call Bose?




As I am posting this question I realized the answer:


If you call them and get put on hold, you can hear that high quality Bose sound. :-)
