Ranger,
does Hunter Douglas use separate lines for control, or do they reverse the polarity of the motor voltage to accomplish control? I guess if there are only two wires, then you can stop anywhere, so that feature is included!

Control is RF

Most people want Lutron.. If you run a Cresnet and a Lutron Shade wire (not Lutron keypad wire.. big difference) you will have all your bases covered. Either will allow you to spec which side the motor goes on.

Installing an electrical outlet at each shade looks like shit. Take some pride in your work.

Why are you so willing to accept any responsibility for ensuring your pre-wire will work for all manufacturers down the road?

What happens if wiring standards change in the interim between now and when shades are specified - is this your problem too? By the language you are using it will be.

It is insanity to let the client lead you along by a leash when they are the ones unwilling to commit.

Oh and please do not put AC outlets at the window locations.

The only clear answer is to run 2" ENT to each location.
