I have a customer with C4 and ra2 with the Honeywell touch pro t-stats! System was deployed in May and no hiccups until now. When he uses the app local or remote to adjust temperature it's defaulting back to the set temperature and will not set the Tstat to cool/temperature he sets it to.
Here's the weird part. As long as he's in the room on the app and sets cool/temperature it will glow blue and will start cooling. But as soon as he closes the app or goes to the other Tstat to adjust it it reverts back to the set temperature.
He has his thermostats programmed for during the day set to 77, but since it's been so hot he's been trying to get the house cooler for the dogs.
Locally at the thermostats he can adjust temperature and it holds. But remotely though C4 it will not. He's going to reset the rack to see if that fixes it, it's communicating just fine with the two way cause when he adjust the temperature on the thermostat it reflects within C4.
I can remote log in to the system through composer and verify when I have the thermostat open I can see as long as I leave the thermostat window open, set it to cool and temperature it will kick on and the system. As soon as I close out of the window it reverts back to "77" and off.
Any thoughts, really can't roll a truck right now with everything going on.

What happens if he tries it through the Lutron app?

Double check within the Lutron app that schedules are off.

Sounds like you forgot to remove the Lutron scheduling and it wasn't noticed until now

That will do it? weird thing is he said he had schedules set via lutron. This is the only T-stat job I have out there with control 4. I have to set the schedules right? he cant do it-correct?
Dave- lutron app works fine.
Now the weird thing is-he reset the rack and everything came back online, but Lutron integration is now broke within C4. IP address is correct, integration is correct. weird.
Chris did the network and its a mikrotik. The other thing is the lutron app currently works.

Sometimes, when I reboot lutron, I have to disconnect and re-identify in composer. Usually, if I wait long enough, it will start working again after a while. But I am not that patient when making programming changes.

Just wanted to give you an update. Thanks to Chris (springs) and setting up a rock solid network and VPN on this job I was able to check out what was going on with Lutron. Turns out the integration was broken, lost the username and password and when I looked at the integration sheet nothing was there. Reloaded the program to the main repeater, re initialized the tstats and boom!
Very strange that the MR just lost this stuff. I have tons of RA out there and never had this issue! Strange!
