OK guys, I'm having a brain fart here. The Panamax M5400-PM has 5 banks of outlets. Bank 1 to Bank 4 have a capacity of 12 Amps each. Bank 5 has a 15 Amp capacity. The total current capacity of the unit is 15 Amp, that means that the sum of the drawn current on each bank shouldn't exceed those 15 Amps, correct?
I'm always right. The only time I was wrong was the time that I thought, that I was wrong.

Another related question. This house has a couple of MB1500 UPSs  for the three rooms where there are theater setup. Connected to these MB-1500 they have the Marantz SR7008 . The house has a backup generator which kicks in a few seconds after the power loss. I just don't feel comfortable connecting an AVR to a UPS.
What is your opinion on this?

Put another Panamax in front of the UPS. I like using the bluebolt stuff. It has been such a great component for my clients. Especially when routers and modems are concerned.
hey! it works!

If you're going to do that you might as well put a CV-1 card in the MB1500 and just make that a Bluebolt UPS.

What is your opinion on this?

I have an APC S10 powering my system. Mirage BPS-400, Mirage OM-6(two), Panasonic 65" LED, Pioneer Elite VSX-53, Apple AirPort Extreme, Netgear dual band, Pronto RFX-9600, Pronto charger, Pioneer Elite BDP-09 and Dish Hopper.

With the Hopper, LED tv, AVR and the Mirage speakers on. It's giving me an estimate running time of 60 minutes. Goes up and down as the TV picture changes of course. Which is about 125 watts at 27% load.

I have all 3 Mirage speakers hooked up to one (or both I forget) to the trigger outlet outputs. Where the AVR controls it as it turns on/off. I can set them on the APC to delay from 0 to 15 seconds, I believe.

So with the Panamax M1500 being a slightly larger UPS than my APC S10. It should be able to handle the AVR.
