Anyone integrate this radio? I am still waiting on specs from them.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

I have integrated them before, but not with a control system. However, the unit does come with a standard IR remote. I don't see an issue of at least using IR.

What do you want to integrate this unit to?

If you are integrating this unit to AVR, I's suggest to upgrade the AVR with XM/Sirius connectivities.

NuVo unit does very well.

These solution will be able to give you the meta data feed back to the remote control screen.

Using this as one possible solution to a replace a onkyo receiver/Outboard Sirius module that is in a commercial job. Bunch of consumer shit that is getting pulled.

The control system is RTI, but only preset access maybe needed. This radio can easily be controlled from the web, but I wanted all on the RTI panel for the manager.

Yamaha RXA1050 has had the best Sirius XM performance I have experienced.

If presets is all that is needed, I do know that their are 6 preset buttons located directly on the unit. You can access the presets on the remote, but I don't remember exactly how many you can program.

Hope it helps. Not too many options for the commercial realm.

I ran into this problem earlier this month on a job.

According to my Antec guy, they are set to release their replacement for the XM100 on the new Sirius/XM business protocol sometime mid-October. It supposedly has full RS-232 control with up to 99 presets just like the XM100.

He didn't have a price point yet but he assumed it would be about the same as the XM100.

If you can wait that long, I'd go that route.
No, it doesn't come preprogrammed.

I wanted to use this model because it uses Ethernet and skip the highly compressed sat feed.

Antex making a ethernet model or just sat receiver model?

As far as the Yamaha goes, I want to keep the consumer AVR type of gear out of the rack.
I do have a Antex XM-100 in stock as a backup.

I am on the fence on using a Nuvo or Denon HEOS in this situation, but it is a possibility.
