I recall seeing blank keystone fillers with molded "pass through" holes for smaller diameter cables. I have a bunch of wired, wall and ceiling-mounted Lutron Aux Repeaters for which I planned to use these keystone fillers in a decora strap with other terminations.

Now it's time for trim-out and I cannot find these passthrough fillers anywhere. Anyone know who made/makes them and a source?

TIA

If you cant find them, I've made my own using a stepbit in a blank keystone on occasion. Not sure if that will help you or not.

In a pinch you could remove the F81 from an antenna jack keystone.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I have done both of the suggestions above. Drill a hole in a blank or remove the F "barrel" from a keystone jack. In some cases i have just used the keystone opening in the plate as the pass through.

Thanks guys...I did finally find a DirectConnect DK38, which appears to be offered with the intent of filling with hex jacks of your choice and this one from MCM Electronics:

I saw these used somewhere as dressed cable passthroughs for lines not otherwise easily/practically terminated in a jackplane and assumed they were specifically for that purpose. Perhaps not...

Hope they fit.
The Datacom and some of the wire path product don't fit each other.

This is perfect because it will always be centered perfectly in the keystone for you OCD-types; and I'm sure you have a ton sitting around the shop since the invention of video distribution.

Or, another option...Vanco has already done the work for you...
