Amazon Prime is how you should be getting TVs to your customer. Charge a handling fee. Use the clients credit card to purchase them directly. Tell your client how honest AV guys like you dont try to mark things up. Then sell protected lines for everything else :).

I wouldn't trust Amazon to supply product if they were the last supplier on earth.

Maybe this will give those guys that send their clients off to a retail store for the TV something to think about.

How about avoiding this kind of BS by going to the store and picking up the TV yourself? Wouldn't that make a hell of a lot more sense than basically telling you client that you want him/her to do some of the work?

Hell why not just have the client buy everything? See how that goes for ya.
