I can never get a hold of someone and I have left several voicemails. No one ever calls back. This has been going on for about a month.

I talked to Richard about a month or so ago and he sent me an updated price list.
I do not believe anything has happened. Leave an email, they called me back that day or the next.
If you can't be good, be good at it.

I have a system we took over that is using one of their matrices for audio, and it needs a firmware update.
