I believe the RF capability is limited to their X1 DVRs....not the HD boxes. At least that was the case last year....did that change too?

I have a puck box in a spare bedroom....seems to work well.

When a device is capable of RF, there's usually a FCC number sticker on it. Back in the day, there was a website that you can punch those numbers in and it'll tell you a whole bunch of info. Like who does it belong to, what the freq is and what not.

I can't remember what website that is, so if anyone of you know. Please post it.

You can use an XR8 and make most current Comcast equipment RF.
They call it the Out Of Site Adapter
Free at Comcast stores
The small "puck" HD digital adapters will have on screen guides automatically downloaded to your adapter by the end of the year.

Has anyone used the DTA HD pucks yet? Any issues with control?
Who says you can't put 61" plasmas up on cantilever mounts using toggle bolts? <---Thanks Ernie ;)
