Hey, 3pedal went to training and is now programming his own systems, so Jon, it should only take you 10 minutes to read the help guide and get going!

Thanks for all the replies.

I was programming my first system while my staff was elsewhere working n other jobs. I was basically bored and had never opened Composer (they went to training not me).

Anyways coming from Crestron this C4 stuff is simple. It is efficient and perfect for so many projects. Pretty pumped with the ease of setup and configuration.

I am now trying to hunt Insignia codes that work. I am trying to find where one can drag and drop commands from other drivers for things such as Power discrete codes. The Panasonic they have is not responding to power codes in one for the 183 drivers.

That and I am trying to get this Play bar to showup in the menu.

basically you just need to download a few insignia drivers from the database ( if there are any ) and test

if you have a specific IR code you can use the driver wizard and edit an existing driver and either add the power on off commands or edit the ones that are in the driver already and paste the new ones

if a play bar is not showing up ensure you have audio connections to the unit and there is an audio path to the bar on the rooms navigator level. IE what is the rooms audio - audio / video end point and volume end points

Yeah, we've had to make "custom" drivers for various devices by starting with a close enough device and going into device editor and editing a few commands.

The 250 and 800 have IR learning through their front panel.

Get the (pfft)Insignia codes up and running, make videos audio endpoint the TV. The Playbar 'is' the (pfft again) Insignia.
