My question would be if they have battery backup for the projector and audio systems to keep the movie going in the event of a power outage our even a "brown out". :)

You bring up my favorite system, the one a group of us did overseas about three years ago.
We have a back-up UPS that can run the entire theater for several hours in case of a power loss. The rack with the batteries is seven feet tall, about 24" wide and 30" deep. There are also batteries in the main rack. When we commissioned the system and played The Art of Flight at about 110 dB, the system was drawing about 17 kVA.
