Equipment:
Sharp 80UQ17u
Denon AVR2100w
Panasonic BDT360
SA explorer 8300hd

On the receiver I'm using the BD input.

On the TV I'm using input 3 HDMI (ARC)

HDMI CEC on TV and receiver are on but all control features are off. I was going to try to feed the audio back via hdmi (but there is a optical cable in place if that fails or turns out to be the issue here.

Receiver connected to TV with Vanco 12ft slim with Redmere.

I get picture and sound from the cable box
Denon set up menu shows on the TV screen over cable box picture.

I get sound but no picture on the Panasonic BD
The Denon menu comes up on the screen of the receiver but nothing on the TV

Tried BD on another TV with a 6ft vanco slim HDMI. Fine
Tried BD direct to Sharp on hdmi 2 input with a 6ft vanco slim hdmi, fine
Tried BD direct to sharp on hdmi 3 (arc) with original cable. Fine
Tried BD through Aux1 with 6 ft vanco slim hdmi. Same issue.

The bd player seems to be working fine in all configurations on it's own

It does not work and won't allow the menu GUI to come up on the Denon.

Cable box works fine.

Just now updated firmware on bd and I'm waiting for the update on the receiver to finish.

Thought I'd ask for input.

If the BD works direct, sounds like a handshake issue when BD, TV and AVR are connected together.

I NEVER use an ARC input on a display. Try HDMI 1 or 2 on the TV.

I had already tried other inputs.

I found the problem. Turn of deep colour on the BD and all is well.
