OK, guys I'm on site now and I need help ASAP. Could someone tell me how to do a hard reset on the Integra DTR-50.3 using the front panel buttons?
I have a unit that lost the IP connectivity and it is not even showing the network settings on the hardware menu, disconnecting the power didn't help, and I'm controlling this unit using a Crestron IP module.
Thanks in advance.
I'm always right. The only time I was wrong was the time that I thought, that I was wrong.

Bad control board....I told GregC how to reset it, but it will only work for a little while before it needs to be reset again. Eventuallyt he control board will go out and you wont be able to control it from IR, IP or RS232. It will need to go to the service center. If you need any help let me know....we do about 3 service center returns a week :)

Call your rep, tell him about the problem, they will send you a new unit, you send the old unit back to the service center. If you don't sell Integra, I can put you in touch with someone.

Well, its a refurb with a full two year warranty, not three. Still, better than sending in and getting repaired and waiting!

I was told that they upped the warranty to 3 after all of the problems. I have been getting a mix of Refurbished and New....not sure why.

I have not heard that and was knee deep in it just a week ago. That would be nice! the only NEW i got was months and months ago when they were replacing defective units with BRAND NEW models no matter what the model was that was defective. They nipped that shiat quick claiming dealers were taking advantage of it by scamming. I call BS on that and they stopped ONLY because they were losing their ass.
