im searching a way to record IR codes from my HomeTheater devices with my HTPC with IR blaster to import it in to Android IR Remotes like anymote.

i see only hardware IR to Lan/wlan..
but i like record IR signals to make Pronto Codes.

which software i need to record unter Win 8.1 with which iTach device?

Try IrScrutinizer [Link: harctoolbox.org]. It supports the GlobalCache iTach, as well as a few other devices.

Download Global Cache iLearn:

open iLearn
put the IP address in the Gateway of the iTach you are learning from
click connect
click the save format drop down window and select "Hex"
click new file
click button name
type button name you are learning
aim the remote you are learning at the back of the iTach
press the button on the remote
iLearn will beep and a bunch of data will show up in the window
click trim
click save data
open the file in notepad
copy and paste into whatever you are needing the hex for
test the learned commands
