Has anyone else seen this issue...? I'm seeing this problem on 7 of 9 Hybrid dimmer keypads installed on a jobsite:

Description: On an operable Hybrid Dimmer keypad [i.e. airgap switch is fully depressed and keypad operating], pressing on the airgap switch causes the operating keypad to switch off and reboot. Once rebooted, the keypad displays no LED feedback until one of its buttons is pressed. On some of the keypads, somewhat significant pressure is required to cause the reboot, on others only moderate pressure is required. On one keypad, just a light touch on the air gap switch OR the bottom right corner of the keypad frame will reboot it. I have removed and reinstalled the button kits, checked to make sure the dimmers are not being warped by overtightening, etc. and have verified that this occurs both with and without the Claro plates installed. I can NOT make the reboot occur by pressing on any keypad structures with the button kit removed. Otherwise, the keypads function normally.

Any experience appreciated...
