My crew & i meet for lunch today & see one of our competitors pull in to. We were a distance away walking up (I hate door dinks) & see them get out of the van. 4 guys in a transit connect.....2 of them roll out the back door like a clown car LOL.

I wanted to take a picture but we were literally 15' away & they saw us starring haha so i didn't.

That's it....the end.

I think this is the story for which the word "droll" was invented. That's the mid-twentieth century version of "meh."
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

'Droll' is early 17th century.

Haha, yes I guess you had to be there, but just seeing 2 guys roll out the back of a small a$$ transit connect was pretty funny. It would of been funny if it was a HVAC contractor or a florist. Since it was one of my competitors I guess I thought it was super funny haha.

A door dink is when an a$$ hole parks to close to you & slams their door into yours. I guess I've always called it a "door dink" lol not sure the correct term.

Nah man, don't be fooled everybody gets it and would be totally tickled. Perfect example of irony. Let's make up a name. "Tyrone's Quality Integration."
One of Tyrone's Transit rolls up on the scene. You say to yourself "Haha here come those bunch of clowns" before you even know there are guys in the back and BOOM they just keep on coming out. You might not really even mean anything malicious by thinking of them as clowns. you may have nothing but respect but it's all in fun.

Since we are talking funny stories, I have one from today.

We had to start a pre-wire this morning. I pull into the job site and realized there were four different companies on the job that overlap on the services they offer. Our company that does A/V, automation, and lighting control, company two is an electrical contractor that does electrical and some audio, company 3 that does electrical and security, and company 4 that offers everything. We are responsible for A/V and automation, company 2 is doing only electrical, company 3 is doing security, and company 4 is doing lightning protection. The place had a real awkward vibe.
