inSSIDer. It is better than fing because it shows information on the signal strength. But it's not free any more.

Which version isn't free? Mine is.

Ever heard of/used Ekahau Heat Mapper?

It is now a paid app. If you had it before it was a paid app, then they weren't going to take it away. But if you had never had it before, now you have to pay for it.

Fing is available for Windows. It is command line only. No GUI.

You can still download inSSIDer 3/Home if you Google it. It is freeware, however it is no longer being updated.

I think if you go to downloads.com or one of those types of sites you might be able to still find the older version of inSSIDer for free

I use wifi analyzer. It's pretty good.
My bad. Read that as needing one for phone.
No, it doesn't come preprogrammed.

o.O InSSider is a WiFi Scanner is it not?

Fing scans devices on a network and provides mac address for all those items.

I use AngryIP and Netscan.exe to identify things on the network, but I have not found anything as reliable as FING as displaying Mac Addresses.

You could probably run an emulator and run Android OS and then run Fing.
