I've used tapcons for years to hang projectors, projector enclosures, monitors (42'' to 80''), draper access series projection screens...
There is no way that the tapcons will loosen. They bites into the concrete and they are hard to unscrew so, they wont move!
This is if you use the right size screw along with the right drill bit.
