Would look badass flush mounted in a wall built with the same curve radius. Off axis viewing is pretty worthless IMHO. I wonder how many Leon curved soundbars have been built. :)

We did one on an arm in a corner, next to the fireplace. It fit perfectly between the wall and the side of the fireplace. On that aspect, it didn't look that bad.

I agree with Brendon about the look when they are off. They look like an oil stain on the driveway after a rain storm.

It is bad enough that Flat LCD TV's look bad off of the center line! Curved ones put the off axis viewer in a worse spot on the closer side of the TV and maybe just maybe ever so slightly better on the far TV side.

Now under the right circumstances curved projection screens work well! Now you are talking!

I would do a curved screen in a dedicated watching room with seating set up for it. In a general use room, no.

Yep, Home "Cinerama"

Dedicated rooms, and corner hangs are the only places I would recommend a curved screen.

My handle is Tweety but I have nothing to do with the organization of similar name. I just had a really big head as a child so folks called me tweety bird.

That actually would look pretty damn cool....

I wonder how many Leon curved soundbars have been built. :)

I'm thinking Leon would do it, and it would cost a lot more than the curved panel.

Thinks with curves cost an awful lot.... :-)

Curved might be bad for TV but the new ultrawide curved monitors make perfect sense for gaming.
