Anyone use something they would like to recommend over standard security settings built into Outlook?

I took the weekend off regarding checking emails and I had over 200 junk mails on one email address and the same 200 on another email address. With Outlook, you can "block" the email address but that simply throws them into the junk folder. I want to block emails and automatically delete.

I would prefer to find something that would allow me to use @termografiaindustrial.net (example from my list) as a filter to block.

If you go into Outlook and in the Junk Mail options there is a way to permanently delete junk mail. There is also ways to filter your Junk mail to ensure Outlook is filtering properly by using safe lists. I don't permanently delete my junk mail but majority of the time Outlook has done a good job at filtering. I get the odd ones come into my email but then I just right click and select Junk and Block sender
You can't fix stupid

I already have "Safe Lists Only" selected in my options along with permanently delete junk mail. I have also taken the time to add a lot of addresses to the block list but this still isn't helping.

@Eric, thanks I'll read through that tonight.

Eric, it didn't give me really anything good and recommended Gmail as the best. Then I looked at the comments and saw everyone complaining how bad Gmail was for spam LOL.

Drew, I use Outlook all day long.
I use the junk folder just like you, but have it sorted by sender. That makes it easy to quickly scan all the emails to make sure none of the valid emails have made it there by mistake.
Next, I press CTRL+A, and then Shift+DEL

Drew, you can also create Rules very quickly.
Simply click on the email, press Rules icon and select "Always move messages from xyz". Then you can tell which folder to move them; I select deleted.
Now your rules runs when you start Outlook and they end up in Deleted (or whichever folder you told it). You can select option to empty deleted folder on exit if you'd like.

Thanks Mario! Talked to my IT guy and he swears by [Link: junkemailfilter.com]. I will likely get setup with this service and see how it goes!
