Stew, I'm glad the products you use worked for you.
I have tried few things from MP and had mixed results.
The patch panels worked fine. The 1x2 HDMI splitter that I used as clock stretcher did not. The bluetooth audio receiver that I was hoping to start using for simple phone/tablet to AVR or amp installations didn't work well and had a lot of static.

Here is another worthless answer, move on. Let your "competitor" have it. Find customers that you want. Why are you even bothering with clients like this? ESPECIALLY in that market. You keep doing quotes like this because thats the client base and reputation youre building. However, if thats what you want, then bust butt and carry on.
I understand you have to put food on the table but jobs like this put hamburger helper on the table, if that. I like better food.
