Surprisingly enough, I didn't walk into a shitstorm today. My assistant had everything under control while I was gone. I even left on time today.

I had a the controller for a large system crash during an update and restoring it lost all of my configuration. I also found out the problem was a corrupted OS file which had corrupted all of my back up files for the last 6 to 12 months. Tech supports answer is to rebuild the entire thing from scratch. 18 zones of audio, 12 zones with video, 4 Tstats, alarm, interface with the vantage system....

Uverse codes work fine. I just updates a remote for a new client today as a matter of fact. Switched from Cablevision to Uverse. All the codes worked
