It used to be nice to install RG-6 that was a neutral color. Black, and white, are neither one neutral. I haven't seen beige for years.

RG-6 seems to only be available in black and white. Solid copper, that is. I've found beige, and in fact about ten other colors, in CCS, but not solid copper. Anybody know where to find beige copper RG-6? I only want 1000'
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

If provide more information about the reason for beige, you may find a different solution.

yes, will you be stapling it or bundling and zip tieing it. will you be using crimp style or compression style fittings. will it be used for cable, satellite, antenna? does it need to be inwall rated? it wont be used for direct burial or aerial will it? will it be run in a conduit?

i mean how in the hell are we supposed to help you find the right product if you wont give us the deets!!!
I love supporting product that supports me!

Belden has RG-6 solid core copper in a color called "natural" that may be close (or exact) to the color you want. Call them or a rep for a sample. They also have tan and beige but only CCS...may be able to do a custom run for you in solid core, who knows.

There is a place here (Houston) does custom coloring and print on cable jackets. For 1k feet of cable probably will cost 10 folds compare to grab one off the shelf.

Thanks ed. Deets are RG-6, solid core copper. Any other deets you add to that, for instance plenum, are unwarranted.

...and therefore off the table.

Satellite where DC may be present. Beige is rare enough as it is so if I can find solid Cu I'd prefer it as it's good for everything.

I just realized that maybe the beige I used to buy was CCS, but was from so long ago that I had not realized I should use solid copper for satellite wiring! Still, all the suppliers used to carry black, white, and beige CCS and now beige is no longer carried.

Rep said they have but looking at the price in Canada I think it's ccs, so I replied and asked if she is sure it's solid copper core.

I would think Pr*v* would have it if you're open to ordering from Canada.

Just having a though about Beige or any cable is in White based color. These colors are subjected to polarization, especially are being used for satellite runs.

At least down here in Texas, beige/white coaxial used for satellite would be a last resource.

Polarization? What? Polarization of what? The outer jacket? Somehow some electrical effect? What would be the drawback or drawbacks?
