I have a customer with a Denon X-1000 & it's hooked up to the network. The Denon iOS app works fine for control. I can AirPlay music to it BUT.... It cuts in and out. I figured it was just buffering at first but it wouldn't stop. Even Local internet stations were doing it. Customers Internet is not the fastest but defiantly not the slowest. Any suggestions?

Linksys Router
TWC Modem
15.65 Mbps download speed
1.05 Mbps upload speed
Knowing that Gold went up a few K makes me think "well now I have to do a better job on selling more equipment".

Have you tried running pingplotter on the network and see if the dropouts occur at the same time as packet loss?

Download Inssider and look at the signal as the music is streaming to see if it's dropping out.

I don't think Bluetooth was on but I'll double check. Why would Bluetooth effect internet radio and Pandora on the Denon? I can see with AirPlay but not the others.

You said "I can AirPlay music to it BUT.... It cuts in and out." So what's cutting out? Bluetooth causes Airplay to drop out.

Everything is cutting out that is Network: iRadio, Pandora & AirPlay. Cable & BD audio is playing just fine
