Can someone try to log into the Sonos dealer area and see if it works? I keep getting an Internal Server Error Message

I get the same thing using chrome or IE.
I got to the site no problem, tried to log in to the dealer store and got same error as you....Then, I could not even load the regular consumer site....Same thing with both chrome and IE

Same deal, yesterday and today.
I called the number that showed up on the Sonos site thinking I might be able to order over the phone, but "Shawn" said he could not place orders either and he would email me when it was good. Yeah, I'm sure he'll get right on that :)

Yes, they're having some issues. It took me an hour to place an order yesterday. It took forever to get in and I kept getting the error issue. I finally placed the order and ended up placing three identical orders. They realized this and sent me an email cancelling two of them.

Surprisingly Sean from Sonos emailed me this morning to let me know things were back to normal. Yay Sonos support :)
The bad news is I was going to order a playbar but my client emailed me and said he had a dealer account too and could get things at cost. Boo Sonos :( Apparently mortgage guys can be dealers as well, who knew.

Customer - DELETE Yeah, I'm fighting with that too. But, I didn't do my best on estimating time around some other circumstances, so I'd call it almost even. Also too, he came back to work with me after a couple years (he moved) so I appreciate that. The main room I worked on was very profitable, the playbar was for a different area. The biggest issue is he is going to build a new house in the next year or so, the land is purchased. I do almost no new construction, so I would like to have at least that bid in the future pipeline.

The best part of that is the credits at the end. " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> I personally don't care who has an account.....do you know how many homeowners had RTI's ID? I don't compete with realtors/mortgage guys. They can sell their houses complete with an iPad and a Play:3......

I understand that and its perfectly understandable. I too would want to take on that new construction as we have had none in years. BUT, once I see a client go around the tape and sign up its over. The next step will be him getting accounts with a disty that will sign him up, and all products will be handled by him. I had a client that sourced all of his building materials and hired some hack contractors to come in and do the work. He tried to source the equipment I quoted (stupidly line item'd, I was brand new in business and didn't know better). I said hell no and was about to walk. He had never heard of the equipment before and I was not going to play that game. We ended up doing the job and then he wanted to add speakers that he sourced himself, so we parted ways. Normally, we are not that strict if someone has a pair of speakers they bought themselves, but this guy did not value us one bit. We were nothing more than hire labor. He didn't recognize that we offered a lot more than just a guy installing a speaker, so there was no point wasting our resources on him any longer.

Wow, Drew, just wow....I did a little snooping too, former Best Buy guy now selling real estate while HD Soldiers does the "automation" installations (with their fancy FB page :-) I'm sure that's a great system!
Goldenzrule, those guys are the worst. Good job getting out of there. My guy definitely has a strike against him. We'll see how it pans out over time....
