I can't find it in the Fred's lineup, AV*D nor A*I.
If anyone has access to those and can PM me the cost, I'll see if it's worth getting setup vs. just getting it from Amazon or the likes.
Looking at Projector Central, the 5030UB goes for about $2,600.
This will be for my own use since I got rid of the Panny 4000 and Panny didn't come up with 8000 replacement this year.

I only have prices listed for the 5020 and 6020 at my disty. Their site is awful though. I can give you prices on those pieces if you want.

We are trying to locate a disty for Epson as well. Who are you Epson guys buying it from? PM me if you do not want to share with the group. :)

Thanks guys, you are awesome. I got several people offer to help. I got to go back to my CEDIA folder (if I can find it) and see who their rep in my area is. I never bought Epson, but unless they have minimums that need to be met, it's possible that I already have access to them. Based on clear advantages of the 6030, I am now only looking at that PJ; unless of cause they make one that's better than this without huge price jump. Guess I have little more homework to do. Guys, wanted to followup with additional info.
First, thanks to several friends here that offered to help thru PMs.
As it turns out, I have a rep/disty that I'm already setup thru that carries/reps Epson. I had to fill out a form and I'm now waiting for approval.
If this doesn't pan out, I will be begging one of you fine gentlemen (except for you... you know who you are :-) ) to take you up on your offer to help.
Now I need to find additional 3D glasses that are better than Epson and figure out if my HTPC can do dual HDMI 3D stream as my Denon AVR4810CI will apparently not pass 3D.
BTW, I have never seen 3D on flat panel that I liked. My hope is that this PJ and big screen will change my view on 3D. If not, I'm sure kids will still like it.

The Epson glasses are pretty good, I would consider them. 3D on projectors is so much more engaging as it takes up a bigger field of view. 3D on flat panels always makes me feel like I'm watching 3D through a window even on the 84" sets.
The Epson is one of the better PJs for quality 3D. The DLPs still beat it for clean 3D but the Epson is close. The JVCs have a lot more blurring and the Sonys are just OK but better than JVC.

If you find a cheaper source for the 6030 3d glasses than Epson, let me know! The 6010 was IR, the new on is RF so the sony ps3 glasses at under $30 wont work anymore, bummer. The Epson glasses are nice but at $100 list, they are about 4 times higher than others that I cant tell a freaking difference!
