I just wanted to give you folks an update on the current and future speeds of Cox HSI in your areas.

Currently Virginia, Rhode Island, Louisiana, Arizona, Idaho, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Arkansas, Vegas, and California (half) are at:

Starter: 1 down, .5 up
Essential: 5 down, 1 up
Preferred: 25 down, 5
Premier: 50 down, 10 up
Ultimate varies between 100,20 and 150,20.

Hampton Roads VA, Northern Virginia, and Rhode Island also have a Premier Plus package which is 75 down, 15 up.

These speeds are updated as of 10/17/2013. Just had your speed upgrade today Paul! The rest of California* is to increase on 11/19/13. Florida is to upgrade by the end of the year. Connecticut is to upgrade by the end of October. Oklahoma will increase in 10/22/13.
