Knox dropped the ball on a large switcher order, so I contacted jeff at Zektor. He jumped through hoops to try and help me. Can't say enough great stuff about them. This was due to the great write ups on Remote Central that I called them. When I called Knox to cancel order, they took complete responsibility for screwing up the order, guaranteed the order and picked up overnight shipping from Maryland to Arizona for me. So, Thumbs up to Jeff at Zektor ( look forward to trying there product) and Thumbs up to Knox for admitting a mistake ( not like we all haven't screwed up) and taking care of business.

Can not say enough good things about Jeff! Called me personally to check on my son. The best product in their category and best overall company that I have EVER dealt with.
