I use Monoprice for a number of purchases, as I know many others here do as well.
Monoprice offers a discount for buying 50 of most items. That's great if you need 50...
But now through Sept 15th use coupon code EMP0823 at checkout to get the 50+ price on items.
Happy Savings!

Happy Savings! FYI - You can setup an account with them to get that without a code if you are a frequent flier.

After the issues with their UL certifications, I don't trust any of their products. You get what you pay for, and our customers deserve better.

The hell I would trust my installations to anything else from them. F-That!

I agree that their electronics are POS. However, their HDMI saved me in a pinch once. It was a 50ft run through conduit. From a PS3 to a Sony LCD by way of an Onkyo 717. Key Digital cable with a built in repeater, no handshake. Wireworld with a built in repeater, no handshake. Cheapo Monoprice cable with no repeater, worked perfectly. Happened to have one in the box because I ordered one just to try. It happened to save the day. It could just be that the PS3 didn't like repeaters and the same brands of straight HDMI would have worked, but that fact is the Monoprice cable worked and was like $35.

There are times when cheap Chinese made products will suffice. Other times, I want better. Thanks for the tip. Appreciated. I will try to find a use for it.
Snap and MP have a lot in common, IMO.

You may pay whatever you want for some little adapter... If you think paying $12 for an Apple 2.5 to 3.4mm stereo plug adapter will make it better... go for it... knock yourself out. I realize that paying more does not always mean you get more. If you haven't learned that, I feel sorry for you. I love all the pointed comments at me. Some here are really showing their colors.

I believe they're talking about their Electronics in general, not wires/adapters.
